# Private Hugging Face imports

> Import gated, private, and video datasets from your Hugging Face account.

Public dataset imports work out of the box from the **Outputs** tab. Personal and Shared workspaces keep separate connections:

1. Connect your personal account under **Account**, or connect a Shared workspace under **Workspace settings → Integrations**.
2. Approve the authorization in your browser.
3. Pick the dataset and map its fields like any other import.

Private, remotely hydrated, recurring, and automated imports in a Shared workspace require its workspace connection. A member's personal connection can be used for public content only when the content is fully copied into workspace-owned storage.

Tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown again. Disconnecting preserves materialized samples and pauses only remote hydration, synchronization, and dependent automation.

Video datasets follow the same format rule as uploads: MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. Incompatible files are rejected with guidance on what to re-encode; HeyBee does not convert them for you.
