Every account has a permanent Personal workspace. It is private, cannot have members, and receives the one-time signup credit grant. A Shared workspace has its own evaluations, credits, plan, quotas, API keys, and members. Create one from the workspace switcher beside the HeyBee logo, then invite members by email and assign a role. Each workspace has its own immutable URL. Switching workspaces navigates the current tab to the selected workspace; other open tabs keep their own context. Evaluations, credits, billing, quotas, API keys, integrations, members, and marketplace publishing are all selected from that URL. HeyBee restores your last-used accessible workspace when you enter through a legacy link. Every member can see the workspace credit balance and quota warnings. Owners and Admins can inspect credit history, manage API keys, and manage workspace integrations. Only the Owner controls billing.

Roles

Rules of thumb:
  • Evaluator is for people who only vote.
  • Analyst is for people who read and export results but never change the setup.
  • Builder runs evaluations day to day.
  • Admin also manages members, API keys, and workspace integrations.
  • Owner has final control over the workspace.
Members can only manage people at or below their own role, and every invitation shows the workspace, recipient, and role before you confirm it.

Move a personal evaluation

An evaluation may move from Personal to a Shared workspace once. The move is permanent: Shared evaluations cannot move back to Personal or to another Shared workspace. The evaluation owner and a destination Owner or Admin can approve the move. Existing credit history stays in Personal, while future collection charges use the destination workspace. New assignments stop while active leases finish or expire. Marketplace publication returns to draft, and collection pauses if the destination has no credits.
