How credits work
One credit buys one decided comparison, no matter how many criteria the vote covers. Ties, “both bad,” “cannot tell,” and hidden exam pairs are free. Marketplace collection is paid separately in cash and never touches your credits. Your balance can hold four kinds of credits. When you hit a limit
- Out of credits: collection pauses and voters see that the link has stopped. Nothing is deleted, and results and exports keep working. Top up or wait for the monthly reset, then resume from Setup & collect.
- Storage or media quotas: existing data stays readable and exportable; only new uploads and new media pairs pause. HeyBee warns you as you approach a limit, and paid plans get 10% of extra headroom on media delivery before anything pauses.
Trial
Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, once per workspace. It requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription when it ends. HeyBee asks for your explicit consent before starting a trial that can convert, and emails you a reminder before it does. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.Manage your subscription
Checkout and billing run through Paddle, our payment partner. Prices appear in your local currency with tax calculated at checkout, and Paddle issues your receipts and invoices.- Invoices and payment method: select Manage invoices and payment method in Billing and credits to open your billing portal.
- Changing plans: you see the exact prorated amount before confirming any plan, billing-period, or seat change. If a payment fails, nothing changes.
- Canceling: cancel from the billing portal. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Everything you built stays readable and exportable.
- Coming back: resubscribe any time with a regular checkout; your billing details are remembered.
